James has a wealth of experience and is a fountain of knowledge on all things Phuket Real Estate.
He is passionate about his home and the awesome lifestyle it facilitates. James says, “I am certain that Phuket has everything that anybody could ever need in a home location, and that’s what I love about this island — its city scale facilities enhance the possibilities, delivering a modern, relaxed tropical island paradise environment – the best of all worlds.”
Hailing from two generations of Realtors, James grew up in a family of real estate developers and surveyors.
He specializes in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as consulting for investing purposes. James also collaborates with leading developers to create new and unique construction projects and bespoke solutions for our clients.
James believes in a philosophy of transparency. He says, “I feel creating something of value has to lead first with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together.”
During his spare time, James can be found soaking up the sun on the beaches of Bang Tao, Kamala and Layan – firing up the BBQ and enjoying the beach lifestyle with his best friend – and our favourite Golden Retriever – Audi.
