When it came to making a purchase we were not disappointed. TP understood very clearly what and where we were looking to buy, and did not try and promote those properties on their books that were unsuitable.
We ended up buying off plan and have been thoroughly impressed with our choice, which is nearing completion. It is a testament to TP’s objectivity and professionalism that our purchase was recommended over others which could have resulted in higher sales fees to TP but which would have been less suitable for our purposes.
